-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a specialized, research-backed approach for trauma and post-traumatic stress. Through guided bilateral stimulation, the brain’s natural healing process is activated — helping you safely reprocess painful memories and reduce emotional intensity.
Best for: Trauma, PTSD, grief, or lingering distress from past events.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you identify and shift the patterns of thought and behavior that keep you stuck. Together, you’ll learn to challenge self-limiting beliefs, develop practical coping strategies, and cultivate lasting emotional resilience.
Best for: Anxiety, depression, self-criticism, and everyday stress management.
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT blends cognitive and mindfulness techniques to help you manage intense emotions, strengthen relationships, and build a life worth living. You’ll learn concrete skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Best for: Emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, self-harm tendencies, or relationship challenges.

Narrative Therapy
We all carry stories about who we are — some empowering, some limiting. Narrative therapy helps you re-author your story, separating your identity from your problems and uncovering the themes of resilience and meaning woven through your experience.
Best for: Identity issues, shame, loss, or major life transitions.
Existential Therapy
Existential therapy invites reflection on life’s deeper questions — purpose, freedom, responsibility, and authenticity. It’s a philosophical yet grounding process that helps clients find direction and meaning in the face of uncertainty or change.
Best for: Life transitions, meaning crises, grief, and spiritual or existential distress.
