As someone who has experienced the life-changing effects of neurofeedback firsthand, not only through my own personal journey but also through my experience as a neurofeedback technician at this clinic, I can’t recommend a better place for your care.

The providers here are incredibly kind, pay great attention to detail, and are genuinely passionate about understanding you as a whole person and getting to the root of the problem. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted with smiles and surrounded by people who truly care about helping you thrive.

Neurofeedback is an incredible opportunity to both understand and regulate your brain while receiving a well-rounded treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. The QEEG neurofeedback used at this clinic is completely personalized using quantitative data based on your brain’s unique electrical activity.

Gil Garza, the Clinical Director, is an amazing provider who truly cares about making sure every client receives the quality care they deserve. He has a genuine passion for understanding each person as an individual, and his dedication to helping people is inspiring.

If you or a loved one are already on or just beginning your healing journey, I couldn’t recommend North Austin Neurofeedback more.

I sought out Neurofeedback for help in moving past some long term struggles I had been facing. I did sessions twice a week for 4-5 months and am now in a much different place than when I started. I am grateful to Gil and North Austin Neurofeedback for their help, and would recommend Neurofeedback as a drug free option to consider for a variety of issues.

My teenage son, who is diagnosed with ADHD, autism, and anxiety, attended NATx for approximately 4 months. My son experienced meaningful changes and showed improvements with his sleep, his attitude, levels of flexibility, sustained attention, and emotional control. The trainings served as a complement with his other treatments he was receiving.

As a parent, I can’t say enough of the professionalism and kindness Gil and Olivia extended to my son. Gil and Olivia connected well with my son and he always looked forward to going to NATx. He always felt welcomed and well attended to at each appointment.

Personally, I enjoyed going as well to relax and de-stress in their comfortable lobby as I waited. Gil provided me with great insight and always knew what to say to my son, especially if he was having a challenging day.

I am grateful for the knowledge and care the staff showed me and my son. I do wish I would have tried neurofeedback earlier, it may have provided him with the emotional stability he needed to regulate all the mixed emotions during his transition to middle and high school. I do believe my son has gained a valuable treatment without the use of medication and each time he attended he came away with a positive, clear, and uplifting approach to how to face life’s challenges.

Thank you Gil and Olivia for helping my son with some major goals.

I have a 6-year-old son who is high-functioning autistic and has ADHD. Enrolling him in Neurofeedback therapy has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The impact has been overwhelmingly positive.

Gil and Olivia are both incredibly kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Gil, in particular, is exceptionally knowledgeable and demonstrates outstanding bedside manner.

Since beginning therapy, we’ve seen meaningful improvements in our son’s anxiety levels, social interactions, and ability to handle transitions. He has become noticeably braver and more resilient, and the frequency of meltdowns has significantly decreased—all within just a few months.

I highly recommend Gil and his team to any family considering Neurofeedback therapy. Once my son completes his sessions, I plan to become a client myself.

Update: My son has now completed all of his neurofeedback sessions. When he first began, he was struggling so much that he had to repeat kindergarten due to difficulties processing information. Today, the transformation is remarkable. His school psychologist and speech therapist have both noticed a profound improvement in his ability to process information and engage socially. He’s now able to connect with his peers in a way he never could before—and even has a best friend he genuinely enjoys spending time with.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for the positive changes we’ve seen. This experience has truly been life-changing for our family, and I can’t thank Gil and his team enough for the care, expertise, and compassion they’ve shown throughout this journey.

I’ve been working with North Austin Neurofeedback for a few months now, and I’ve experienced significant results and improvement. Gil is very skilled at what he does and knows how to recommend the appropriate treatment protocol. He tracks your progress and has regular case management meetings with you to discuss your results and what the next steps are. Olivia runs the actual brain training sessions, and she’s absolutely lovely. Overall, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my symptoms and feel way more calm and at ease overall on my life. I highly recommend working with Gil for neurofeedback. He’s definitely one of the best.
